We have a fully equipped test and development workshop, dedicated to further improving our systems, and carrying out regular in house training for our engineers.
All our service and installation vehicles carry the most up to date tools and equipment to deal with most situations.
We have a manned out of hours Emergency Service 7 days a week 365 days a year, to access this service all you have to do is ring our normal telephone number 01255 220316, if the office is closed the call is diverted to our Central Monitoring Station where the staff will be pleased to assist you and if you require technical assistance then the duty engineer will contact you as soon as possible.
Any person calling to carry out a survey with the view to installing a security alarm, fire alarm, access control system, or a CCTV system will be shown around the entire property, therefore gaining knowledge of all its weak points and above all, its contents and your valuables!! Rest assured, that all GCS personnel are security screened for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the British Standards and NSI code of practice. All GCS staff carry ID cards with an accompanying photograph. Unlike some companies particularly larger nationals, we do not use door to door sales people that are not directly employed by us and security screened.
These days, nearly all Security Companies, particularly the multi-national companies send along a professional Sales Person to carry out the site survey. Usually these sales people have had little or no technical training, therefore you are unlikely to get the system you would require.
